TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Seductive Scent Australia Company ("Seductive Scent Australia ") and Customer (as identified on the face hereof) ("Customer"), in consideration of the mutual covenants, agreements and provisions set forth herein and hereon, hereby agree that the purchase of Seductive Scent Australia products ("Products") shall be subject to and in accordance with the following terms and con-ditions:

1. ORDERS FOR PRODUCTS

All Customer orders for Products shall be subject to these terms and conditions and, if applicable, an authorized quo-tation issued by Seductive Scent Australia. Such order, if accepted by Seductive Scent Australia, shall have significance as a reference document only. The parties hereby agree that these terms and conditions shall govern and control the relationship between Seductive Scent Australia and the Customer and that the terms and conditions contained herein shall supersede the terms and conditions contained in a Customer-issued order. Seductive Scent Australia reserves the right to refuse orders in its sole discretion, or to accept such orders on a separate contract form or to limit the types and amounts of Products ordered.

2. PRICES

Prices for Products shall be the then current prices for such Products in effect at the time of Seductive Scent Australia acceptance of an order or in accordance with an authorized and valid Seductive Scent Australia quo-tation.

Prices are exclusive of all charges or levies of any nature including all federal, state, municipal or other govern-mental excise, sales, use, occupational or like taxes now in force or enacted in the future and, therefor, are subject to an increase in amount equal to any tax Seductive Scent Australia may be required to collect or pay upon the sale or delivery of Products purchased. If a certificate of exemption or similar document is required in order to exempt the sale from sales or use tax liability, Customer will obtain and furnish evidence of such exemption at time of placement of order.

All prices are subject to adjustment on account of changes in specifications, quantities, shipment arrangements, and the like or the inclusion of terms and conditions which had not been part of any valid price quotation issued by Seductive Scent Australia.

Customers who have ordered our products have 30 days to try our products and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the desired results simply return the unused portion in the original container within the 30 days of your purchase date and we will refund you 100% of the product purchase price, excluding shipping & handling.

Please do not ship any product back after the 30-day refund period has expired, as we will not be able to provide a refund or ship the product back to you after the 30-day refund period has expired.

If you are not satisfied with the product please follow the following steps to recieve a refund on the price of the goods less delivery:

* please email our customer service representatives to inform them that you want a refund, customer service will give directions on the return of goods

* It is the customers responsibility to send the unused portion of the goods back to Seductive Scent Australia .

* It is the customers responsibility to send goods back via courier service (customer must find a courier service that is capable of delivery perfumes) so goods are not lost in transit.

* Goods must not be damaged on arrival, this includes the bottles and packaging ( all contents must be sent back to us ) goods must be returned in merchandisable condition.

* All refunds will be given via PAYPAL and nothing else. Refunds will be given after the return and inspection of goods.

* under no circumstances will a refund be given if the customer has previously purchased products from us. This is a satisfactory guarantee, refunds will not be given if customer changes mind on purchase, goods will be refunded if customer is not satisfied with goods.

If customer may have any allergic reaction to the products we advise customer to stop using them and seek medical advise. Customers should seek medical advise if they wish to seek further advise on our products. We classify our products as colognes and beauty therapy products.

Seductive Scent Australia makes no guarantees that our products will enhance or increase customers sexual attractiveness or sex life, results may vary from person to person.

Seductive Scents Australia takes no responsiblity for the misuse of our product.
